If you forget your password, you can request to reset your password. If you’re already logged into your Mirkat account, you can change your password from Mirkat account Settings.

Tips for setting up a strong password:

• Use a unique password that's hard to guess.
• Use a combination of numbers and symbols. Use a password that you'll be using only for your Mirkat account.
• Keep your password secret. We'll never ask for your password by email, instant message, or mobile device.

Reset your password

If you are logged out of the Mirkat app:

1. Open the Mirkat app.
2. Tap Login on the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Forget password? on the bottom of the screen.
4. Fill out the email address you used for your Mirkat account and tap Reset Password.
5. Check the email address connected to your account for a password reset email.
6. Open the email on your phone, tap Create new password and enter your new password.
7. Tap Change password.

Change your password

If you are already logged in to Mirkat:

1. Open the Mirkat app.
2. Login into your Mirkat account.
3. Tap the three vertical dots at the top-right of your screen.
4. Tap Settings.
5. Tap Change Password
6. Enter your old password followed by your new password.
7. Tap Change Password to save your changes.
